We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) to join our team in the pilot line. The NPME will be responsible for transitioning products from the Product Development (PD) environment to mass production, ensuring all aspects of the process are managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Transition: Oversee the transition of products from PD to mass production, ensuring all requirements are met.
Design Review (DR) Meetings: Actively participate in DR meetings to provide insights and feedback on product designs.
PD & ELS 1st tools: Manage the PD & ELS tools to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Design for Excellence (DFX): Lead DFX activities to enhance product design, work methods, and infrastructure.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for end-user issues arising from the production environment through SOS (Service Oriented Support) calls, addressing both specific problems and systemic issues.
Engineering Change Orders (ECO): Manage and oversee new ECOs entering the production floor to prevent delays and ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications:
Engineering Expertise: Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of production and development processes.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or development environment, preferably within the SEM products lines.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve both specific and systemic issues effectively.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for product development and manufacturing.
