We are looking for an Operational Excellence Expert (Temp position )to lead the development of a culture of excellence and the implementation of tools in Applied Materials Israel Operations division, facilitating initiatives to achieve productivity and performance goals.

What should you have?
- BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Economy, or MBA
- Over 7 years’ experience in the industry, specifically in operations, with strong background in Operational KPIs and financial aspects
- High level of expertise in Lean and continuous improvement methods, especially in Kaizen event facilitation & Problem-solving methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-organizational projects/processes to long term growth and operational productivity improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong communication skills – Verbal and Written, presentation, building and conveying the right messages to a given audience
- Independent in work, self-motivated, welcome feedback, drive for continues Improvement
- Team player – ability to work with wide global teams, good interpersonal skill
