We are looking for a Product Manager with an expertise in any of PDC tools’ application suite, system aspects and deep understanding of customers’ production process to develop next generation of defect review products.

What’s in it for you?

You will play a substantial role in the problem-solving process for the hardest challenges derived from customers’ HVPs and technology inflections. Exhibit knowledge of the company, technology, processes, and customers. You will lead feature and product level PRDs. Analyze possible solutions for complex problems, using self-defined procedures. You will have the chance to innovate and develop ideas from a very early stage, but also shape them to make them suitable for a product. 

Our group:

SEMVision Product team exists to develop and deliver winning products that meet customer expectations and business goals while utilizing new technologies and algorithms. This is achieved through end-to-end accountability for product definition, roadmap planning, and execution in partnership with R&D, Applications, Field, Marketing, and Program teams.

What you'll be doing?

  • Lead the fast‑evolving AI roadmap for SEMVision, driving strategic direction and execution.

  • Manage and develop a team of two Product Managers, with primary focus on AI‑based applications while supporting broader product domains.

  • Own products and features end‑to‑end—from PRD definition through implementation at customer sites, including value assessment, grooming, qualification, and release readiness.

  • Translate customer HVPs into clear, actionable BU problem statements that guide roadmap and feature prioritization.

  • Serve as the domain technical expert, operating with a high degree of independence and providing deep technical leadership.

  • For new features: act as the first‑level escalation point for field issues, defining software requirements where needed.

  • For mature features: serve as the second‑level escalation point, ensuring robust issue resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Drive ongoing optimization of system performance within your functional domain, ensuring measurable impact on tool efficiency and user outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional technology stakeholders (R&D, Algorithms, Architecture, Field, etc.) to align on solutions and execution.

  • Train application experts and software support teams, providing technical guidance and coaching during escalations and new feature deployments.

What you should have?

  • Relevant academic degree in engineering or exact sciences

  • >4 years experience as product manager / algorithms or software developer with strong AI background
  • Functional knowledge: expertise in application suite of any of PDC tools, customer's production process and customer HVPs, tool system, tool algo flow

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and to unite a multi-disciplinary team around your feature
