About the role
This is a seat at the division management table. You will partner directly with the division's executive team and with C-level stakeholders, shaping how the organization is built, led, and scaled. Alongside the strategic work, you will lead cross-organizational projects end to end — from framing the problem to landing the change in the field.
What you'll be doing
Strategic partnership with division management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the division's leadership team and C-level stakeholders on organizational strategy, structure, and talent.
- Translate business strategy into a people agenda — and defend it with data and a clear point of view, including when it means disagreeing with senior leaders.
- Anticipate organizational risk before it becomes a business problem.
Lead cross-organizational projects
- Own complex, multi-site initiatives that cut across functions, geographies, and the US HQ–Israel axis.
- Drive them personally: scope, stakeholder alignment, design, execution, and measurement.
Organizational design and development
- Lead org design and redesign — structure, roles, decision rights, spans and layers, operating rhythms.
- Design and deliver OD interventions that measurably improve team and organizational effectiveness.
- Guide team formation, integration, and development, including in reorgs and post-acquisition contexts.
Talent and leadership
- Lead organizational and talent reviews, succession planning, and capability building for critical roles.
- Coach and develop senior managers and managers-of-managers on performance, career development, org leadership, and employee relations.
- Design and personally facilitate leadership development programs.
Change management
- Design and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies for significant organizational shifts.
Delivery and analytics
- Partner with HR COEs and HR Operations to land global HR initiatives locally without losing the intent.
- Use Workday, Workforce Dashboard, and your own analysis to make evidence-based recommendations.
What you should have
Required
- Bachelor's degree; Master's in OD, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or HR — a strong advantage.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP responsibility at division or business-unit level.
- Proven track record partnering with executive-level leaders — with real evidence of influencing decisions, not just supporting them.
- Experience in a global corporation headquartered in the US — comfortable operating across matrix reporting lines, HQ-driven processes
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-organizational projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen: able to read a business challenge, diagnose the organizational root cause, and recommend a solution the business will actually adopt.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
Advantage
- Experience in multidisciplinary, engineering- or technology-intensive organizations
- Deep organizational development and organizational design experience: you have led OD interventions and org redesigns yourself, not sponsored them.
Who will succeed here
- Both altitudes, no ego. You can frame a three-year organizational strategy and also build the deck, clean the data, and run the session yourself. Nothing is beneath you.
- Independent operator. You bring a point of view, you don't wait for direction, and you're comfortable being the only HR person in a room full of executives.
- Resilient in ambiguity. Priorities shift; you re-anchor quickly rather than stall.
- Credible with technical leaders. You earn trust with substance and evidence, not process.
