We are looking for Member of the Hardware R&D group in charge of the development of liquid Cooling Systems, mechanical design and HPC requirements.

Our tools are used for inspection of semiconductors wafers during the fabrication process of microchips.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform mechanical design of structural elements, tool envelops, manual and motorized mechanisms, sheet metal manufacturing, filtration systems and cooling systems deployed in a clean room environment

  • Design and execute experiments

  • Perform CAE simulations and analysis for design validation and trouble shooting

  • Author drawings, define fabrication process, materials and finishing standards with detailed GD&T and perform complex tolerance analysis

  • Lead the mechanical aspects of the development process, present design reviews, and collaborate with team members from other disciplines, project management, product manufacturing, field support and suppliers

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years mechanical design experience

  • Highly proficient in the use of CAD software, SoildWorks and Inventor an advantage

  • Highly proficient in Sheet metal and design of large structures, Enclosures and cabinets.

  • Experience with CAE software. Structural, Modal, Thermal and flow analysis experience is advantage.

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and general mechanical engineering analysis knowledge

  • Skilled in GD&T and tolerance stack up analysis

  • Thrives working in a dynamic environment with new problems, fast paced projects where out-of-the-box thinking is required

  • The ability and willingness to learn and explore new topics is vital

  • Team player able to work in large, multi-disciplinary teams with strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, fast learner

  • High presentation skills and fluent English.
