We are looking for a talented Software Manager to manage our Platform Software Group. This group owns software development for new and exciting editions of our hardware product. This position requires great people and technology management skills with a strong technical background.

Our Group:
Software development group of multidisciplinary products in the field of semiconductors manufacturing process diagnostics and control.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a group of 10-15 engineers.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our software solutions.
Identify and promote refactoring and infrastructure changes.
Challenge design and code.
Manage planning and execution of this software group.
Lead activities involving several company disciplines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software requirements and architecture.
Make an impact.
What should you have?
A continuous learner who is passionate about software management.
At least 4 years of experience as software group manager.
Experience in C# or Java development.
Excellent object-oriented programming and software design skills.
Software development, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in promoting and grooming other members.
Team-player with good communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
Self-learning and complex systems understanding ability.
Ability to innovate and drive technological advancements.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Advantages:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Experience of working in an Agile environment.
Experience in development of multi-disciplinary products.
Working in a global company or large-scale tech company.
