Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, talented SW validation engineer to join our team.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the SW validation and holistic testing of complex systems, including advanced algorithms and software which collaborating with a mix of state-of-the-art optics, scanning electron microscopes, lasers and motion systems
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, field engineers and architects to develop a prioritized test plan that addresses technological challenges while meeting the precise needs of our customers.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting in various complexity levels, and operate multidisciplinary systems
  • Work with automation developers and  qualification teams to create and implement the appropriate test plan, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
  • Review spec requirements to ensure clarity for the development team and influence the team for effective development and coverage planning.

What you should have:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering, with 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D.
  • Strong analytical skills and self-learning.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different disciplines and the ability to work independently.
  • FAB work experience - Advantage.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills.
