Strategic Marketing role description

Recognized as an expert within the company. Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

Our Group:

  • TAM increase through SPG & customers collaborations and Inflection clock
  • SAM increase PDC portfolio extension to address HVPs out of available portfolio
  • Drive Market share through competitive advantage with SPG collaboration and early exposure to HVPs

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own a specific semiconductor segment holding the most updated view on HVPs, timelines, customer adoption and M&I solutions, and anticipate future business and field needs in that segment
  • Direct PDC roadmap to address a specific semiconductor segment, focusing on business potential and strategic value
  • Lead on site yield task force activities from M&I side in collaboration with SPG/IMS. Identifying top yield relevant solutions potential through exposure to customer yield pareto
  • Build strong partnerships with SPG/IMS, account teams and customers, through positioning of PDC M&I leadership as a crucial component in solving customer HVPs

What you should have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree – advantage)
  • Extensive experience in working for semiconductor manufacturer, fabless, M&I vendor
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of semiconductor process technology
  • Strong data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and driving improvement actions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior executive level and with external partners
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
