  • Operational Project Support: Apply your business management skills to support various operational projects. This includes implementing best practices in operational excellence, developing frameworks to streamline processes, and creating ways of working models to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, document processes, and track project progress.
  • Project Management: Utilize your project management skills to effectively manage projects within the Sustainability operations organization. You will be responsible for creating project plans, aligning on resources, and monitoring project timelines. Additionally, you will communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide status updates
  • Strong educational background in an engineering, technical, and/or business field 
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to bring people together from a wide variety of organizations  
  • Very data driven.  Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.  Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Must be comfortable presenting program status to management

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
