Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated CDSEM Engineer to join our team and serve as the in-house expert on CD-SEM (Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscopy) technology.

This role is pivotal in driving metrology innovation, supporting productivity improvements, and delivering high-value solutions to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for CDSEM systems.
  • Develop, optimize, and fine-tune CDSEM recipes for both full wafer and coupon-level analysis.
  • Drive productivity improvements in CDSEM operations and methodologies.
  • Acquire, analyze, and interpret CDSEM data to generate detailed technical reports.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to technician staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
  • Tackle high-value problems (HVPs) with innovative and data-driven solutions.
  • Think strategically about the future of semiconductor metrology and contribute to long-term planning.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Embrace continuous learning, experimentation, and process optimization.
  • Apply systematic approaches and critical thinking to problem-solving.

BS in STEM related field minimum – MS or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics preferred.

U.S. Salary Range:

$124,000.00 - $171,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
