Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead cross-functional efforts to solve high-value customer problems, shape product strategy, and ensure alignment between customer needs and product development. You’ll be the voice of the customer, driving innovation and excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact customer challenges and lead multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap features based on Voice of Customer (VoC) input.
  • Develop long-term product strategies in partnership with Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  • Evaluate and validate technical strategies to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Promote cross-team communication and alignment on key VoC features.
  • Build and lead a Product Applications team; standardize application use-cases.
  • Define and report on key performance metrics for the Applications function.
  • Mentor and provide oversight to Applications Engineers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor metrology and inspection, with a strong background in optical technologies.
  • Proven leadership in customer success, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with automated KPI tracking and continuous process improvement.

Skills & Expertise

  • Deep understanding of semiconductor metrology and inspection systems.
  • Proficient in lifecycle management tools, templates, and checklists.
  • Recognized as a market voice and thought leader.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges.

U.S. Salary Range:

$171,500.00 - $236,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
