Key Responsibilities

Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate

Develop and implement concepts for entire range of unusually complex product issues and engineering solutions

Provide guidance in problem identification and troubleshooting an entire range of unusually complex engineering problems of unusually complex scope that may have business wide potential implications

Interface with internal and external customers regarding engineering unusually complex issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for the unit's product line

Specify and/or perform engineering analysis that has product line implications

Generate product specifications

Lead the development of design or modify engineering assemblies, layout/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of unusually complex scope

Lead, define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests

  • Recognized as “guru” or external expert in a function
  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own field

U.S. Salary Range:

$185,000.00 - $254,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
