About the Role
The Director, Product Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Transformation leads business and IT transformation initiatives that enable product lifecycle management, program governance, and portfolio value realization across a complex global enterprise environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional organizations to drive integrated platform execution, business process improvement, and operational excellence across the end-to-end Idea-to-Retire lifecycle. The Director translates business priorities into scalable process and technology solutions that improve governance, visibility, and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives across product lifecycle, project and portfolio management, and related business process and IT platform capabilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex IT-enabled programs, including scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, risk management, and value realization
- Enable and improve end-to-end Idea-to-Retire business processes through integrated platforms, process standardization, and cross-functional alignment
- Provide leadership in product lifecycle, program governance, and portfolio management to strengthen planning, transparency, decision-making, and execution
- Lead implementation, integration, and optimization efforts involving Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, and related enterprise platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that support product development, project resource management, and portfolio planning processes
- Establish governance mechanisms, execution cadences, and stakeholder engagement approaches that support delivery, adoption, and sustained business value
- Drive adoption of industry best practices and process harmonization across product and project portfolio management capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, program partners, and stakeholders through change management, issue resolution, and execution delivery
- Define, monitor, and report success measures, portfolio health indicators, and business value realization metrics for strategic programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, product lifecycle management, ERP, or portfolio management environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale business process and IT transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management experience across both business and IT organizations
- Experience with Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, or comparable enterprise platforms supporting product lifecycle and portfolio processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility, multiple dependencies, and enterprise impact
- Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other complex product-based global organizations
- Experience leading platform-enabled transformation across Idea-to-Retire processes
- Strong understanding of industry best practices in product and project portfolio management
- Experience building governance models and operating mechanisms that improve execution and business value realization
- Demonstrated success aligning technology solutions with business priorities and portfolio objectives

- Product lifecycle, program governance, project and portfolio value realization through integrated IT platforms
- Product and project portfolio management business processes and platform enablement
- Product development and project resource management processes within complex enterprise environments
- Business process transformation and program execution leadership in IT implementation environments
- End-to-end Idea-to-Retire transformation enabled through integrated digital platforms
- Enterprise platforms such as Siemens PLM and SAP S/4

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
