Senior Technical Leader – Chemical Delivery Space

Core Responsibilities

  • Generate product specificationsand define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.
  • Review and specifyengineering documentation and processes to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Guides and mentors less experienced engineers; validates technical strategies and approaches.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in engineering, with a proven track record in Chemical Delivery Systems.
  • Recognized thought leader in the field, shaping strategy to meet technology, cost, and quality goals.
  • Experience in commercializing chemical delivery components (e.g., MFC, MFV, BPC, gauges, valves, transducers).
  • Semiconductor process knowledge and experience in a semiconductor fab is a strong plus.

U.S. Salary Range:

$206,000.00 - $283,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
