Leverage your foundational knowledge of US GAAP to support the accounting team in providing accurate and compliant guidance for company transactions (excluding those related to orders and revenue recognition). In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and help ensure alignment with company standards and US GAAP.

As part of the Chief Accounting Officer’s organization, you will work closely with experienced team members to assist in implementing accounting policies, system solutions, and internal controls. Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining internal accounting policies in IQMS
  • Help ensure policy accuracy by understanding transaction flows and internal controls
  • Conduct preliminary research on accounting topics to support policy development and interpretation
  • Support finance system updates and implementations, including testing and documentation
  • Assist in reviewing quarterly balance sheet packages and reports submitted by business or supporting teams
  • Perform basic analytical reviews of financial accounts to identify trends and discrepancies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP; able to analyze routine transactions and apply standard procedures
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to explain accounting concepts and contribute to documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain desktop procedures
  • Collaborative and flexible team player, willing to support peers and act as a backup when needed
  • Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and geographies.

U.S. Salary Range:

$8,300.00 - $114,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
