The IT Service Finance Solutions Analyst is a vital role within the GIS DSI organization, focusing on supporting and optimizing finance systems across Service Finance domains. You will play a hands-on part in both daily operations and strategic initiatives, including SAP ERP integration and finance system enhancements. This role covers the full project lifecycle—from assessment and design to training and implementation—ensuring robust financial processes for service contracts, Installation & Warranty, Service Orders, and Repair Orders.
As a key liaison, you’ll collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT groups to develop and refine business processes. You'll also partner closely with Sales, Operations, and the Integration Project Management Office to drive finance system improvements and support ERP migration and transformation projects. Success requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of system integration, and proven SAP expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP ERP integration for strategic projects across the full project lifecycle: Assessment, Design, Build, Testing, Training, and Implementation within the Service Finance domain
- Serve as the primary Service Finance support for financial processes related to Service Management businesses within a manufacturing environment, including:
- Service contract–based business
- Installation & Warranty (I&W) support
- Service Order
- Repair Order
- Act as a key liaison between Project teams, Business stakeholders, and GIS teams
- Partner with business teams to:
- Develop and refine business processes
- Define system requirements
- Analyze financial impacts
- Work with technical analysts to implement proposed system solutions
- Prepare and execute testing script, identify issues, resolve defects and assist to drive solution to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions
- Develop process documentation and deliver end‑user training for change readiness and to production support team for knowledge transfer
- Define data conversion strategies and cutover plans, assist in execution, validation, and financial reconciliation
- Provide post‑implementation support to ensure solution stability
- Support Continuous Improvement Projects implementation initiated for Service Finance
- Oversee and manage contingent workers performing project and/or support services
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SAP ERP (ECC) and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Knowledge of Service Finance, Installation and Warranty, and end‑to‑end financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite—including Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and validation—as well as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise status updates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent projects
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting finance system implementations or integration projects
- Knowledge of Project System (PS) Finance integration
- Expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and Revenue Recognition processes
- Exposure to SAP CRM / CRM Service, SAP C4C, CPQ, SAP S/4HANA
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in financial systems or related finance or accounting roles
- Over 5 years project management experience and PMP certification preferred

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
