Key Responsibilities

Research product marketing trends and conduct complex benchmarking analysis of the company’s markets, competition and product mix versus the competition (e.g. Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing)  

Owns collection and use of market sizing and segmentation data in the BU strategy and marketing process.    

Uses in-depth knowledge to contribute to diverse product road maps and conducts pricing/margin analysis

Provide complex product forecasts.  Develop product financial plans including cost reductions, margin maintenance and return on investment goals

Assist the field teams with direct marketing of key products to key accounts

Collects and analyzes data for Red Team analysis and annual and quarterly Business reviews

Focuses on KPU growth by tracking and analyzing data.  

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Possesses hands-on expertise in advanced analytics tools, e.g., Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau
  • Has experience in developing communication packages for senior leadership using MS PowerPoint

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  •  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

U.S. Salary Range:

$106,000.00 - $146,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
