Key Responsibilities

Independently, develops and implements concepts for range of significantly complex product issues and engineering solutions

Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate

Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of significantly complex engineering problems

Specify or perform significantly complex engineering analysis

Interface with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex engineering issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products

Generate product specifications. Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests.

Specify the development, design, or modify engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of  significantly complex scope

Specify and review engineering documentation and engineering processes

Will lead multiple projects for design and CIP of semiconductor manufacturing and advanced packaging tools, from concept to implementation in the lab.

Will lead system install and startup, and well as further CIP cycles if needed

Will work with cross functional teams- Process, Procurement and other Business groups

Successful candidates must be eligible to lawfully receive export-controlled information, without the need for the company to seek a license.  Furthermore, since the role entails work on a US Government funded project, the successful candidate must also be able to meet the Government’s requirements for eligibility to participate in the project, without the need for the company to seek an exception/extraordinary approval. The Government’s requirements include certain restrictions on Nationality and Association/Affiliation with entities deemed to be of concern.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and demonstrated experience in Mechanical design.

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiar with how semiconductor processing tools work

  • Experience with vacuum systems

  • Communication and presentations with the Executive team

U.S. Salary Range:

$163,000.00 - $224,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
