Requires in-depth knowledge and experiences in project management, ramp readiness, materials management, vendor negotiation, operations management, system development, and planning. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Key Responsibilities
o Specializes in planning, analysis, and problem-solving involving tool/module build, materials readiness, spare parts inventory, tool start-up execution, risk mitigation, and process improvement/development.
o Initiates tool/module slotting meetings with BU BMOs for timely progress and approvals. Participates in CARM reviews and drives closures of all open configuration issues. Works with NPME to ensure that BOM is finalized and properly uploaded to SAP MRP system for successful tool/module build.
o Works with buyers/planners to drive on-time materials delivery. Works with logistics and PSS to keep track of all the materials that are ordered and proactively takes actions to support HVM start-up/operations and CIP activities.
o Attends production meetings and provides status on material shortage commit dates. Generates solutions that resolves shortage issues and develops risk mitigation plan to prevent delays in HVM readiness.
o Analyzes usage data and stock levels to order parts to satisfy service levels. Collaborates with AGS to determine optimal inventory levels to support on-going HVM start-up/operation and expedites shortages. Examines material variances, resolves problems where possible, and escalates critical issues to management.
o Develops material management system and internal tool/module progress report that will improve HVM start-up, ramp, and CIP project completions.
o Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; lead multiple complex projects to completion
Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of ramp readiness and supply chain dynamics.
· Experience supporting operations start-up/ramp, lab expansions, and tool upgrades
· Experience in managing projects involving cross-functional team from planning, manufacturing, business operations, supply chain, logistics, and R&D
· Strong can-do attitude, driving initiatives to move projects to completion
· Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
· Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution.
· Flexibility to travel back and forth between Southeast Asia and the USA

$110,500.00 - $152,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
