As a Process Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing wafers for experimentation, operating reactors to perform thin film processes, and using scanning electron microscopes for analyses and imaging. You'll record process conditions and experimental observations, perform routine maintenance procedures, and evaluate wafers and thin films. Process Technicians are tasked with preparing cross-section samples for analysis, identifying patterns of interest in imaging, and operating laboratory process equipment and instrumentation. Your expertise in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization drives higher levels of productivity, quality, and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities
Prepares wafers for experimentation to include cleaning. Loads wafers, prepares reactor for
experimentation and cleans reactors.
- Assist engineers in developing process technology for advanced processes.
- Perform basic recipe adjustments and tool troubleshooting during process runs, and implement changes as directed by the engineer.
- Coordinate with internal metrology tool operators to align tool time, execute process sequences, and return collected data to the engineer.
- Support engineering activities with Weekend overtime if required..
- Flexible to work in different buildings based on engineering needs.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in using company applications on the work phone and Laptop.
- Willing to work on coupon tasks and support Wet Lab coupon Etching activities.
- Take deadlines seriously and consistently deliver ahead of schedule.
- Willing to support and collaborate with teammates.
- Good Listening Skills, Understand the Situation and response
- Ready email and PTRs carefully
- Communicate withing the team to avoid any confusion.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
