Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises Process Technicians. 
  • Manages timely assignment and completion of Process Technician Requests (PTRs)
  • Ensures equitable and reasonable distribution of work assignments
  • Trains technicians in all key skills
  • Builds team unity and cooperation
  • Addresses issues with performance through communication, training and adequate supervision
  • Interfaces with lab operations to improve and maintain adequate working environment
  • Works with lab operations to create and maintain SW tools for managing work and analyzing work load
  • Actively seeks ways to reduce waste and inefficiency
  • Actively seeks to increase capability of team members
  • Responsible to work out schedule including evening, night and weekend coverage
  • Ensures the integration of resources with cross-functional teams to meet lab output goals and turnaround time
  • Performs some technician work load as time permits
  • Sets example of cooperation, communication, timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness, knowledge and skills for group to emulate

U.S. Salary Range:

$83,000.00 - $114,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
