What You'll Do

We are looking for a Software Product Manager to drive key strategic initiatives on the AIx platform.

This role focuses on building core platform capabilities—APIs, services, data flows, workflow integrations, and telemetry—that support multiple AI‑enabled applications across the organization.

You’ll define clear requirements, work closely with engineering and UX, guide releases, and ensure the platform is reliable, easy to adopt, and aligned with business goals. This role requires technical depth, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross‑functional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Prioritization

  • Develop a practical, achievable roadmap for AIx platform initiatives.

  • Prioritize work based on user needs, technical constraints, and business impact.

  • Translate strategy into clear objectives and success metrics.

Requirements & Specifications

  • Write concise PRDs and user stories for APIs, backend services, data contracts, and workflow features.

  • Define essential non‑functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, and usability).

  • Work with architects and engineers to align on feasible, scalable technical designs.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage the product backlog and lead sprint rituals with engineering.

  • Validate builds against acceptance criteria and support release planning.

  • Ensure quality through standard SDLC practices—testing, documentation, and change management.

User Experience & Adoption

  • Partner with UX to define intuitive workflows and ensure features fit naturally into users’ day‑to‑day tools.

  • Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders; translate it into actionable improvements.

  • Support onboarding, adoption, and cross‑team enablement.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs for availability, performance, adoption, and usage patterns.

  • Collaborate with engineering to build dashboards and telemetry.

  • Use metrics to refine priorities and guide incremental improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in Software Product Management or Technical Program Management.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in a technical field (Engineering, CS, Data, etc.) or equivalent experience.

  • Experience shipping platform features (APIs, services, backend systems, developer tools).

  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted workflows, data pipelines, or enterprise SaaS is a plus but not required.

  • Strong technical literacy (APIs, data models, service architecture basics).

  • Excellent communication and ability to explain trade-offs in simple terms.

  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

  • Comfort working with engineers, designers, and cross‑functional teams.
