Key Responsibilities

  • Through in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps, lead product roadmap in his team area of expertise for future solutions.
  • Technically leads difficult, complex activities, ability to lead dedicative multi discipliner team.
  • Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements and analysis.
  • Create & Lead new methodologies in order to optimized system performance.
  • Initiate and lead activities for developments of new application capabilities in the system envelope + better analysis capabilities.
  • Technically support customer review meeting.
  • Lead & performs tasks of a high Impact in division level, such as scoring (base on WW data analyzing and deep understanding of feature impact) high impact RM features.
  • Identifies opportunities to solve HVPs for customers.
  • Identifies new business opportunities (synergy of silicon process knowledge and our tool capabilities).
  • Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed and meet requirements, with specific attention to systems specifications, program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
  • Directs and manages the activates of a Product managers group, enabling it to meet key performance goals and objectives. Effectively assigns work to subordinate staff and/or project managers, providing for professional development in addition to maximum productivity.
  • Develops personnel to include training and career development, manages the performance management process to include the development of team and individual goals, implementing employee development plans and coaching. Participates in, and/or manages, employee selection and hiring of personnel. Manages reward and discipline processes.   May also select and manage Professional Services and outsourced staff.
  • Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
  • Manages employees (direct reports or matrixed reports); contributes to effective performance management, employee development and retention.
  • A leadership position, responsible for establishment of product strategy while identifying functional linkages across the organization and develop appropriate processes and road map for the BU/ technology group including hiring plans, training requirements, staffing etc.
  • Collaborates to work on difficult issues that impact design and product success and/or addresses future concepts, products and technologies.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
