Key Responsibilities

  1. Identification and implementation of financial information required to comply with new and recurring US GAAP reporting rules
  2. Proactively identifies and resolves potential reporting issues and works closely with affected finance areas to ensure proper accumulation of financial data to support the required disclosures
  3. Proactive identification and resolution of transactions requiring special treatment in US GAAP financial statements.  Provides advice on technical accounting issues and drafting technical accounting interpretation memos.
  4. Preparation of forms and financial statements to be filed with the SEC
  5. Responsible for drafting finance policies and responding to all questions/interpretations of Finance Policies.  Ability to manage multiple policy activities simultaneously to achieve effective finance policy compliance.
  6. Prepare and present regularly on policy changes and manage Internal Business Controls Task Force.  Develop and implement Policy Training.
  7. Monthly and quarter close support
  8. Reconcile more complex or technically challenging balance sheet accounts
  9. Prepare quarterly schedules for external auditors
  10. Prepare quarterly schedules for external auditors

U.S. Salary Range:

$133,500.00 - $183,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
