Description
This role focuses on program management of strategic programs in support of the Service Business Units (SBU) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment. This person will engage cross-functionally to drive program definition, planning and on time delivery working to exceed committed business outcomes. The person will contribute to strategic development driving program selection in support of the SBU and AGS business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for program management of strategic programs supporting SBU and AGS business strategic improvement priorities.
- Partners with SBU, SBU Ops leadership and broader AGS leadership to develop business improvement roadmaps including portfolio management and execution.
- Accountable for the on-time delivery, cost and business outcomes of improvement programs in support of customer, operating plan and growth commitments of SBU/AGS.
- Leads development and execution of project management principles (PMP) including change management and communication.
- Manages internal/external partners and in support of program execution and delivery.
- Leads strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal etc. Communicates program progress /execution to senior executives and stakeholders.
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience
- Higher Science/Engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field)., with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Semiconductor and or services industry experience desired
- Extensive program management experience with a performance-based track record
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Product and or service business experience desired
- Customer focused – Voice of Customer (VOC) domain expertise and strong customer acumen
- Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude that builds support for program needs
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility
- Ability to effectively manage and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
- Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management).
- Excellent personal time management and project management skills.

$158,500.00 - $218,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
