Key Responsibilities

  • Owns service product development management

  • Release new service product through service PDP

  • Develop service product development plan, key milestones and deliverables, timeline, resource planning, budget

  • In-depth understanding of customer HVM high value problem and service needs, establish service MRS

  • Work with cross functional team stakeholders to define tasks, resources, to align on key deliverables and timeline

  • Manages product portfolio by participating in BU product roadmap, product management , customer engagement.

  • Assessment of customer key technical requirements, service value proposition, Conduct EVA analysis and calculate ROI, competitive landscape vs customer self service

  • Use of Design for Service (DfS), AIx service features, COO to work with BU to achieve service productivity, cost, technical performance to meet customer HVP

  • Own service product roadmap to align with BU product roadmap release and customer ramp plan

  • Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders. Facilitates alignment meeting for product roadmap and  market proliferation

  • Support or Lead as necessary effort and coordination between various intercompany groups (such as operations, Engineering and Global Program Management) to achieve divisional cost targets and improve operational metrics for reduction in Build cycle time, Period, Burden and Variance

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience

  • Worked in Semi or Display Fab operation and /or equipment owner for >5 years experience . Good knowledge in Fab operation challenges to achieve product technical performance. Worked projects to support yield improvement, meeting financial profitability target.

  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in semiconductor or display equipment and broad knowledge in business development, ROI, business acumen

  • High level Project Management skills, knowledge and experience

  • Experience in using AI capabilities ( Copilot, ChatGPT) at work

  • Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements 

  • Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution

  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions

  • Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines

  • Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
