Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop: Build software components for moderately complex projects using C# and .NET, applying design patterns such as MVVM and leveraging frameworks like MEF for modular architecture.
  • Debug and Enhance: Implement bug fixes and performance improvements, ensuring code quality through unit and integration testing.
  • Document and Communicate: Create clear technical documentation for modules, APIs, and workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and align on specifications.
  • Test and Validate: Write and maintain automated tests using NUnit and mocking frameworks. Participate in code reviews and validation of build outputs.
  • Troubleshoot and Support: Investigate and resolve software issues related to threading, data flow, and module integration. Provide support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interface and Collaborate: Work with internal customers to define schedules and requirements. Engage with external customers to address software-related concerns.

Functional Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of component-based development, asynchronous programming, and threading models.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, R#, Git, and build automation systems.

Business Expertise

  • Understands how software reliability and maintainability impact customer operations and uses this insight to prioritize tasks effectively.

Leadership

  • Provides informal mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and new team members.

Problem Solving

  • Applies technical experience and judgment to solve moderately complex problems using established frameworks and patterns.

  • Contributes to the quality and stability of software releases, improving team productivity and customer satisfaction.

U.S. Salary Range:

$124,000.00 - $170,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
