Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, data-driven software solutions for the semiconductor domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a passion for delivering customer-centric products. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-en, from defining vision and roadmap to driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer-Centric Problem Definition

    Work closely with customers and end users to identify high-value problems and requirements.Develop value chain diagrams tailored to customer scenarios.
  • Product Requirements & Documentation

    Lead creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).Translate customer needs into actionable technical and functional requirements.
  • Roadmap & Market Strategy

    Define product vision, roadmap, and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate future customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    Drive end-to-end solution development with global teams across multiple time zones. Collaborate with project managers, process engineers, system engineers, algorithm engineers, software developers, and UX designers.
  • UX Design & Trade-Off Management

    Lead UX design efforts, including wireframing and high-fidelity prototypes. Manage prioritization and trade-offs between user experience, performance, and cost.
  • Product Launch & Adoption

    Prepare product introduction materials, lead customer training, and manage adoption.Conduct technical review meetings and maintain product scorecards.
  • Voice of Customer & Testing

    Provide R&D with VOC insights and alpha/beta testing feedback.Support iterative product development strategies.
  • Mentorship & Technical Guidance

    Guide less experienced engineers in applying advanced techniques and technologies to complex systems.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years as a Product Manager for data-driven software solutions in the complex and data intensive domain.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs.
  • Track record of translating ambiguous problem statements into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycle and balancing technical feasibility, timelines, and market dynamics.

Product-Centric Skills

  • Expertise in creating and maintaining PRDs and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of VOC processes and ability to integrate feedback into product development.
  • Skilled in competitive analysis, market research, and positioning strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration globally.

Technical Skills

  • Software system design and architecture knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and analytics frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Knowledge of secure development practices and compliance standards.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
