Responsibilities:

  • Manage Weekly RAM P1 Assignments and internal escalations under limited supervision

  • Problem Statement Development for Critical Parts on Executive Summary

  • Customer Escalation Management as assigned

  • Constrained Part Management & Resolution

  • Supplier capacity issue resolution

  • Develop Recovery plans and communicate to internal customers, including executives

  • Perform Root Cause Corrective Actions for Critical Escalations

  • Coordination within Spares Execution Functions and other cross functional teams

  • Manage Cross Functional Task Forces

  • Products obsolescence Management

  • New Spares product support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in relevant field

  • Project management skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Spares supply chain or related fields

  • Direct experience in working with external suppliers

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills etc.

Escalation Program Management Role.

U.S. Salary Range:

$88,000.00 - $121,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
