Job Description
We are seeking a results‑driven Financial Analyst to join the SPG US Infrastructure Finance team, reporting to the Infrastructure Finance Manager. As a key finance partner, this role proactively identifies business challenges, influences management through rigorous analysis, and collaborates globally to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support Opex planning, capital investments, and long-term strategic decisions.
- Own quarterly financial cadence for NPI initiatives, including BU portfolio reviews and progress tracking against program objectives.
- Guide monthly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Deliver strategic financial insights by identifying key business drivers and advising management and cross‑functional partners.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to drive adoption and optimization of enterprise data tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, PRM).
- Support strategic planning and prioritization through advanced modeling and scenario analysis.
- Operate as a trusted cross‑functional partner in a dynamic environment with evolving business priorities.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, including NPV and ROI analysis to support capital investment and strategic decision‑making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, and PRM preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or other manufacturing enterprises is a plus.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
