Role Summary
Lead integrated external communications across media, social media, website, and selected CSR-related initiatives to strengthen corporate reputation, support business priorities, and ensure clear, consistent external positioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated external communications strategies across earned, shared, and owned channels in support of business priorities and corporate reputation
- Lead proactive and reactive communications planning, including media relations, messaging development, press materials, issue response coordination, and spokesperson support
- Manage and optimize Korean-language website content in line with the PESO model, and continuously analyze content performance, user engagement, and channel effectiveness to improve external positioning
- Oversee corporate social media planning and execution to ensure alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and external messaging
- Coordinate external-facing content with relevant internal stakeholders, including cross-functional collaboration related to employer branding and broader corporate positioning
- Support CSR-related communications and program planning, including coordination of funding-related processes, stakeholder alignment, and supporting materials
- Manage communications programs with strong ownership of timelines, approvals, quality, governance, and budget
- Work effectively with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality communications outcomes
- Create clear and compelling communications assets, including press releases, statements, Q&A, executive messaging, website content, social content, briefing materials, and related external communications materials
- Identify visibility opportunities, emerging issues, and reputational risks, and recommend communication actions based on business context
- Actively leverage AI tools to improve content development, workflow efficiency, analysis, and execution quality across communications activities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global business environment
- Strong understanding of the PESO model and experience applying it to integrated channel and content planning
- Proven experience managing external communications across media, digital, and owned channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, multiple priorities, and end-to-end execution with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions, levels, and cultural contexts
- Experience working with and managing external agencies and partners
- Strong judgment, project management capability, and attention to detail in fast-moving or sensitive situations
- Ability to independently plan, drive, and complete work from strategy through execution
- Experience in IT, semiconductor, or B2B companies is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in actively using AI tools to improve productivity and communications effectiveness is preferred
