Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic Internal Business Control (IBC) analysis to improve control environment
  • Deliver insightful, multi-dimensional analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies, develop process and management plans, and drive improvements in policy adherence and effectiveness. Provide financial training to employees and managers.
  • Manage the Workday system to ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee Time & Absence (T&A) data.
  • Analyze T&A data, generate reports for stakeholders, and perform periodic policy compliance reviews in Workday.
  • Lead or support IBC, T&A, and other finance-initiated projects.

Mandatory Skills

  • Ability to develop Tableau reports independently
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Attention to details, ensure data accuracy independently
