Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively shape HR and business strategies to align with evolving organizational priorities and help cultivate the desired culture.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen to anticipate internal and external challenges, analyze trends, and provide insights that elevate organization performance.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify structural, capability, talent, and culture gaps; recommend and implement solutions.
  • Lead or support organization design, role alignment, organizational transitions, and scalability initiatives.
  • Design and lead change management strategies, communication plans, and engagement programs to enable successful transformation across teams.
  • Lead organizational and talent assessments to build robust talent pipelines and future capability needs.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, including succession planning and critical role capability building.
  • Strengthen performance and coaching culture by guiding managers through performance discussions and development planning.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to navigate tough conversations with employees or managers.
  • Coach and influence senior leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness, communication, and people management.
  • Design and deploy culture‑building initiatives that strengthen engagement, foster a winning culture, and reinforce company values.
  • Leverage HR systems and analytics tools to provide data-driven insights for decision making.
  • Partner with COEs and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Participate in HR initiatives at BU, regional, or enterprise levels.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration from HR perspective.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-15 years of HRBP or progressive HR experience in a dynamic organization.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - to interact with regional/global stakeholders and handle complex discussions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills - comfortable navigating complex or sensitive situations in matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects with discipline and execution focus.
  • High learning agility, strong analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solver with collaborative working style.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
