Key Responsibilities

• Create quotations and sales opportunities under supervision in ERP system and provide to customers
• Support order-related processes including bidding documentation, Contract negotiation,  payment tracking, and order follow-up
• Assist in tracking down payment (DP), LC, and AR status, and update related tracking files as required
• Escalate issues or customer requirements that cannot be met, following defined procedures
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with support from the team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and internal reviews

Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrates basic understanding of order management processes, ERP systems, and business operations
• Learns and applies standard procedures, policies, and tools through on-the-job training
• Willing and able to develop knowledge in bidding, payment, and order fulfillment processes

Business Expertise

• Applies foundational business knowledge gained through education or internship experience
• Understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in order processing
• Develops awareness of how order management supports sales and revenue collection

Leadership

• No supervisory responsibilities
• Accountable for own tasks and deliverables under guidance
• Demonstrates a positive learning attitude and takes responsibility for continuous improvement

• Uses established procedures to resolve routine issues
• Seeks guidance when handling unfamiliar or non-standard situations

We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates are welcome
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Basic English reading and written communication skills
• Familiar with Excel or ERP systems is a plus
