Key Responsibilities

Initiate requisitions and route for approvals

Develop Recruiting Strategies on approved requisitions

Post jobs internally and externally (Internal website& Job Boards)

Source candidates though different channels (Internal referrals, Head hunting, internet recruiting)

Screening Candidates (Preliminary interviews)

Send Candidates to Hiring Managers for review and take follow up actions on interviews

Follow up with Hiring Managers on feedback on interviews and 

Formulate offer packages and manage approval offer presentation and negotiation process

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution
