Traineeship Project Description:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical trainee to join our Supply Chain team to support a digital transformation initiative focused on improving material availability reporting and operational efficiency.

Currently, material availability reporting requires significant manual data extraction, consolidation, validation, and updates from multiple sources. This manual process is time-consuming, prone to errors, and limits the team's ability to focus on strategic supply chain activities.

The trainee will lead a project to automate the current reporting process using Python programming, transforming manual reporting activities into an efficient, reliable, and scalable automated solution. The project will directly contribute to improved supply chain visibility, faster decision-making, and enhanced operational effectiveness.

Desired Skills Required:

  • Undergraduate student pursuing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics,  Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in supply chain operations and digital transformation.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
