We are looking for an experienced communications professional to lead our employee engagement strategy. This role plays a critical part in crafting narratives and producing content that will ensure that our employees are well‑informed and connected to this fast‑growing organization.


While Internal Communications will be the primary area of responsibility, the role will also provide strategic communications support across the Communications & Public Affairs team, including leadership communications, external communications, media relations, public affairs, events, and other corporate initiatives.


Based in Singapore, the role will serve as a trusted communications partner to business leaders and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in strategic communications, executive communications, employee engagement and change communications, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

  • Develop compelling content that strengthens employees' understanding of business strategy, organizational priorities and culture
  • Manage and optimize internal communications channels, including email, intranet, employee meetings, digital platforms and other engagement channels
  • Execute global internal communications strategy in the region
  • Develop authentic employee stories and content that showcase our people, culture, career opportunities and employee experience across internal and external channels.
  • Partner with HR to develop and execute employer branding strategies and campaigns that support talent attraction, engagement and retention.
  • Ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and tone of voice across all communications
  • Analyse engagement metrics to measure communications effectiveness
  • Gather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve messaging and channels

Leadership & Executive Communications

  • Provide communications counsel and support to senior leaders
  • Develop executive messages, talking points, presentations, town hall content, employee announcements and other leadership communications
  • Help leaders communicate complex or sensitive topics clearly, authentically and consistently
  • Support leadership engagement activities, including employee meetings, leadership forums and major organizational announcements

Strategic Communications Support

  • As part of an integrated Communications & Public Affairs team, the Internal Communications Manager will also:

Support external communications, public relations and social media

Plan and execute corporate events, executive meetings and industry engagements

  • Assist with the production of briefing materials, key messages, Q&As and presentations
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns involving external stakeholders and other regions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting executive communications and community management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in video editing, photography and a keen eye in visual communication will be a plus
  • Comfortable shuttling between strategy and execution, operating as a versatile member of the broader Communications & Public Affairs team who can contribute wherever support is most needed.
