Key Responsibilities
Support quotes, orders, RMAs, and warranty claims; follow up on open transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery holds; execute TKM kit requests.
Assist with billing and invoice reconciliation across TPM/FPM/TKM/Spares/Services.
Help resolve invoice disputes and support AR follow-ups and delivery coordination.
Provide proactive updates on high-value orders; expedite parts with internal teams.
Monitor past-due and obsolete/problem parts; build system and process knowledge.
Participate in system testing (RIT/UAT) and assist in resolving basic system issues (e.g., B2B, ASN) under guidance.
Ensure assigned tasks follow established compliance procedures, standard POA and contribute to team-level KPIs and company goals.
Support customer satisfaction by responding professionally to inquiries and resolving basic issues with empathy.
Assist with MDG customer master setup and entitlement compliance under supervision.
