About this role

Looking for a motivated and hands-on equipment managerto support the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. In this role,you’llcollaborate across engineeringandoperationstodrive smooth technology transferfrompathfindingand ramp topilotproduction.Experienceanddisciplinein process transfer topilot production linewill be critical to a successful and efficientfab ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages more then single product H/W qualification group, responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete engineering programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules.

  • Develops long-range plans and creates general engineering or product specific strategies to reach goals and reviews.

  • Anticipates future needs and initiates the development and implementation of new approaches to qualification and Integration.

  • Provides approval guidelines and leadership to reporting engineering managers in the area of long-term program, strategy, and qualification and integration process design.

  • Works with business group management teams to ensure that such programs, strategies, and processes are aligned with the organization’s direction.

  • Defines performance metrics and reports on the engineering functions’ progress against specific goals.

  • Interfaces with internal and external customers on engineering issues involving the unit’s products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of wafer fab equipment and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with TPM, SPC, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
