Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Manufacturing Engineers in supporting production builds, testing, and manufacturing activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support process improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action activities for manufacturing and quality issues.
  • Assist in developing and updating work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support equipment, tooling, and fixture validation activities.
  • Perform time studies and assist in labor hour reduction and process optimization projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and R&D.
  • Maintain manufacturing records, reports, and project trackers.
  • Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support engineering projects and other assignments as required.
