Internship Project title:

Logistics Operations Data Excellence and Productivity/Cost Taxonomy

Engineering/ Internship Project Discipline:

Traineeship Project Description:

  • Productivity and Cost Taxonomy data mining for global Warehouse Space, Warehouse Labor, Brokerage and Transportation. Scope to include North America, Europe and Asia

  • Understand region charge code and GL code set up
  • Learning and Application of SAP, Tableau and Celonis
  • Assist team in identifying process improvements
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Any additional global process excellence projects

Desired Skills Required (if any):

  • Data Analytic

  • Problem solving skill

  • SAP, Microsoft – Excel, PPT, Visio

Learning Outcome:

The goal of traineeship program is to develop future Logistics resources for our organization while providing support to key Business Operations projects or any other assigned ones. The Trainee will be assigned to learn the core functions of the role. He/ She will be part of the teams associated with ongoing projects and new Warehouse optimization projects. He/she will be exposed to various Warehouse and Freight processes within the AGS network related to cost and set up design. He/she will participate extensively in Logistics Operation meetings to brainstorm and perform data analytics
