Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements/application based on Advanced Packaging architectures. Work with Global Product Management (GPM) to define requirements for new products or new CIPs as needed.

  • Align with BM to prioritize demo resource allocation based on business opportunity, timing and ROI.

  • Be the primary owner for post Phase 5 product JDPs/demos, including demo planning, alignment and execution.

  • Be the secondary owner supporting KPU for post Phase 3 product JDPs/demos

  • Provide demo feedback to KPU and GPM to improve on product performance with respect to customer requirements or competitor performance.

  • Ensure successful first in fab NPI products, support evaluation closure and CIP qualification.

  • Be the first point of contact for released products process field issues.

  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement (throughput, availability, uptime) and drive CIPs with Engineering, Software

  • Partner with Technical Product Support (TPS) team to enable successful field implementation of productivity CIPs

  • Proliferate field learnings across install base and share BKM learnings within the BU
