Job Description

  • Leading a team to meet Quality and Productivity goals, with clear capability to plan and anticipate challenges

  • Develop and execute the site's quality strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

  • Lead quality management systems (QMS), audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actions to reduce defects and quality escapes.

  • Monitor and improve key quality metrics such as: Defect rates, First Pass Yield (FPY), SPC/ non-conformance trends.

  • Identify opportunities to improve labor productivity, cycle time, throughput, and resource utilization such as AMR, automation and MES.

  • Drive process standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives.

  • Establish productivity targets and track achievements against annual operational goals.

  • Lead value stream mapping and waste elimination projects.

  • Develop scalable business processes that improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

  • 3+ years of people management experience.

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and achieving measurable business results.

  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or related industries preferred.

  • Strong Leadership and motivational abilities

  • Highly driven, motivated, resourceful with good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong team player

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
