Key Responsibilities

  • With minimumsupervision, defineand articulate theplanningsystems,optimization andsimulationstrategy globally.

  • Rapid response’ problem solving to address business changes / disruptions thatdrivesperformance or cost issues.

  • Educate and influence key stakeholders throughout bothbusinessand GIS, leading the design and execution of thesystemstrategy and roadmap, including both existing and future capabilities.Analyze businessproblems using data from various sources to ensure solid decision-making support

  • Recruit, train,developandprovideperformance guidance tothe assignedteam.

  • Identifyopportunities andprovideleadership in driving platform decisions for major solutions and provide direction and guidance to internal and external teams to ensure that requirements are met in an architecturally sound manner, meeting fundamental technical requirements such as scalability, security, flexibility, extensibility,reusabilityand supportability. 

  • Provides leadership in review and consultation on the impact ofnew solutionsacross multiple domains, including Business Intelligence, Integration, and Data Management.

  • Manageteams,in successfully driving commonutilizationof theplanningsystems technologyplatforms by projects across the organization and will provide thought leadership to fellow Solution Architects, Platform Analysts, and Data Governance Analysts.

  • Defineappropriate solutionsto meet andanticipatebusiness requirements, including the performance goals and metrics for the proposed solution.  Identify,harmonizeand rationalize business and technology requirements to drive value, aligned with Enterprise Templates and Roadmaps as well as Architectural Standards.

  • Drive the operational use of Standards with strategic partners, capturing keyknowledgecapital and supporting the process required for Template and Architecture Governance.


Requirements

  • Indepth understanding of ERP Systems, aftermarket planningsystemsand simulation platforms

  • Deep knowledge with AGS business,systemand processes -

  • Proficient withdata extractions andingestionsfrom multiple sources

  • Strong analyticalskillsincludingvisualizationtools like Tableau 

  • Proventrack recordof implementing and using ERP and aftermarketMEOplanning system 

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families

  • Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function 

  • Manages multiple related teams, sets organizationalprioritiesandallocatesresources 

  • Identifiesand resolves complex technical,operationaland organizational problems 

  • Impactsthe business results of a team or area by supporting andfunding ofprojects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans

  • Guided by business unit,departmentor sub-functional business plans

  • Influences others internally and externally, including senior management
