As aProcess Support Engineer (PSE), you’ll play a key role in guiding products through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final qualification. As a PSE, you will optimize product recipes to ensure peak performance tailored to our customer’s needs. You will collaborate with our globally recognized R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabrication facilities to create cutting-edge solutions. Process Support Engineers work across technologies such as: Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Utilize data extracted from our equipment and process results to adjust and improve performance. Utilize statistical data to analyze and monitor process trends.
Apply your growing knowledge of best practices to offer a new perspective using existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders like R&D, field service, manufacturing, etc.
Requirements
PhD/ Master/ Bachelor in Engineering studies
Candidates with process-related experiences in semiconductor industry will be considered for higher position
Prior work experiences in a technical support or field service role will be an added advantage
Resourceful and proactive mindset. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Candidates must agree to work in Singapore for the first 3 years before relocating back to India
