About the Role
We're looking for a high‑performing Order/Revenue Management Specialist to play a critical role in supporting complex, high‑value semiconductor equipment orders. This customer‑facing position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics and is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and problem‑solving. You will own and manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle for semiconductor capital equipment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate customer forecasts in ERP systems and customer supplier portals.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements and stakeholder commitments are met.
Create and maintain sales opportunities, quotations, and sales orders in SAP CRM.
Handle complex customer inquiries and drive resolutions independently.
Review order and shipment documentation to ensure compliance with tax, trade, and internal policy requirements.
Proactively coordinate shipment readiness across multiple global sites to support on‑time delivery and revenue recognition.
Maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all required documentation is secured and retained to support timely billing, revenue recognition, and audits.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Business Expertise
Knowledge of best practices and how your area integrates with others; awareness of competition and market differentiators.
Experience in order management, project coordination, or customer operations—ideally within semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology environments.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how orders, revenue, logistics, and customer commitments connect.
Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred) with the ability to navigate complex data.
High attention to detail paired with the ability to understand the broader business context.

Sales Support Experience: Background in sales support and forecast/demand planning.
Contract Management Knowledge: Understanding of contract management and entitlement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaboration & Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and proactively manage risks.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an additional advantage but not compulsory. This role needs to support Taiwan region as well.
Min Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant studies.
