Capacity & Capital Investment influence, forecasting & controls
- Support for all new projects in AMSEA, partner with BU finance in development of financial forecast
- Review and assess actualization of forecast with BU
- Partner with BU on the detailed financial data preparation for grant application, ability to articulate the detailed investment plans
AMSEA Government Incentive Management System
- Perform quarterly review on status of project milestone commitment and assess/report on foreseeable risks on commitments
- Develop appropriate claim forecast, taking into consideration of BU operation plan and Commit
- Assess claim status against application and mitigation plans to maximize claim amount
- Prepare and consolidate claim items and computation of claim accrual
- Lead and prepare for external audits for claim to Singapore Government Authorities
- Lead and support ad hoc Singapore Government Authorities site visit requests, including data preparation and document sighting
- Lead and prepare for Singapore Government Authorities audit requests, including data preparation and document sighting
- Lead annual reporting form submission to Singapore Government Authorities
- Lead incentive progress conditions preparation and review for submission
- Prepare quarterly update to HQ

- Proven competencies in communication, financial analysis and working across functions with different levels of management to drive results

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (finance/Accounting) or Masters degree (MBA); CPA is a plus with 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience
- Very strong Excel skills, including modeling
- Strong systems capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with partners to understand key issues, develop recommendations and implement actions to improve the business result
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
