We are seeking a forward-thinking Demand and Forecast Planner to lead our efforts in predictive analytics, inventory optimization, and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in aligning supply with dynamic market demand using advanced forecasting tools, AI-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a forward-thinking Demand and Forecast Planner to lead our efforts in predictive analytics, inventory optimization, and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in aligning supply with dynamic market demand using advanced forecasting tools, AI-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Experience in the demand planning area - Advantage
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and platforms (Excel, SQL, Python, QLIK, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in project management - Advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with AI/ML forecasting models and Python and its associated libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, Prophet) is a plus

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines


Business Expertise

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
