Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes slotting reports and measurements; runs and reports on metrics. Follows documented business processes and identify inconsistencies to management.
• Coordinates with marketing to ensure opportunities and sales orders are set up correctly in SAP. Coordinates schedule transition between pilot and volume manufacturing as well as other business groups.  
• Coordinates with Engineering and Sourcing to ensure early detect and take preventing action to make the production go smoothly. 
• Responsible for MRP integrity for products managed: Manages order pull in / push outs including maintains all milestone routings for products and test strategies globally. Use Rapid Response Output as needed.
• Initiates demand in MRP (systems / non-system orders).  Monitors and validate MRP accuracy; reconciles supply and demand; validates master scheduling and/or PDS requirements; research engineering change orders; recommend changes and adjust planning bills as required.  Resolves data integrity issues.  Responds to MRP validation inquiries from purchasing community.
• PIRs for material forecast for set of products.   Manages NSR content on PIRs for system and NSO demand globally.   Manages overplanned material.
• 1-3 years’ experience focused in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control / Material Resources Planning (MRP) integrity
