Role Type

  • Individual Contributor

  • Senior/lead responsibility through influence across Operations, IT, and Analytics partners

Role Summary

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of productivity improvement and process digitization initiatives across Operations by running a structured operating model from intake → requirements → project plan → UAT → go-live → value tracking.

  • Portfolio includes digital transformation initiatives (systems, automation, reporting, and AI/ML-enabled solutions) aligned to Ops productivity targets.

  • The role requires strong program/project management discipline, broad operations knowledge across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

1) Portfolio / PMO Governance

  • Run a consistent cadence for initiatives: intake, prioritization, execution reviews, and stakeholder updates.

  • Maintain portfolio artifacts: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, RAID (risks/actions/issues/decisions), and value targets.

  • Track value realization (labor hours, cost, cycle time), adoption, and satisfaction

  • Deliver targeted portfolio updates to stakeholders and executives

2) Project Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery: translate stakeholder requests into BRDs/functional requirements; drive prioritization-to-execution in partnership with IT/Analytics partners.

  • Build and manage integrated project plans (scope, timeline, deliverables, resource needs) and enforce change control.

  • Lead UAT planning and execution (test plan, coordination, defect triage, business sign-off) to ensure go-live readiness.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • Program/Project Management: 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in operations/manufacturing/supply chain.

  • Operations Digital Transformation: Proven experience delivering operations-focused digital transformation initiatives (e.g., automation, workflow digitization, reporting modernization, systems/process improvements) with measurable outcomes.

  • AI/ML project delivery: Experience scoping and delivering AI/ML-enabled solutions in an operations context (requirements framing, stakeholder alignment, UAT/validation, rollout/adoption), partnering with technical teams for build/deploy.

  • SAP process understanding: Working knowledge of SAP-enabled processes across planning/procurement/manufacturing (MM/PP concepts) — able  to translate requirements, assess cross-module impacts, and lead UAT through business sign-off in partnership with SAP functional owners.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication (English + Mandarin) in a matrix environment.

Good to Have

  • SAP SD and/or FI familiarity (understanding cross-module impacts, especially order flow and financial postings).

Strong Differentiators

  • SQL (analysis, validation, and insight generation).

  • Tableau dashboarding (operational KPI reporting).

  • Python scripting for automation, data validation, or rapid prototyping.

  • Hands on coding knowledge of AI/ML, Gen AI concepts.

  • Lean/Six Sigma / structured continuous improvement background.
